  • Γονδιωματική τροποποίηση CRISPR/Cas9 στη μύγα Drosophila melanogaster για το χαρακτηρισμό υποψήφιων μεταλλαγών ανθεκτικότητας στόχου σε διάφορες κατηγορίες εντομοκτόνων.
  • Γενετική τροποποίηση Drosophila melanogaster για την έκφραση και το χαρακτηρισμό γονιδίων αποτοξικοποίησης (P450 μονοξυγενάσες)
  • Έκφραση γονιδίων αποτοξικοποίησης σε μπακουλοϊούς και σταθερά μετασχηματισμένες κυτταρικές σειρές εντόμων.
  • Μοριακή ανάλυση μυκοϊών φυτοπαθογόνων μυκήτων.
  • Μοριακή ταξινόμηση ποικιλιών του μαστιχόδενδρου της Χίου.
  • Γενετική τροποποίηση βακτηριακών στελεχών τυροκομικού ενδιαφέροντος, προς αύξηση της παραγωγικότητάς τους.
  • Απομόνωση και μοριακή ανάλυση γονιδίων λιπασών και μεταλλαξιγένεσή τους προς παραγωγή ενζύμων αποδοτικότερων σε αντιδράσεις εστεροποίησης.
